"Connect to ConServe" is an internal software application of db3 / ConServe that connects the company's own QuickBooks Online data to its internal financial systems. It is authorized for use solely by db3 personnel and is not licensed, sold, or distributed to any third party.
The application may be used only to read and reconcile the company's own accounting records for internal financial operations. Any other use is not permitted.
The application is provided on an "as is" basis for internal operations, without warranty of any kind. db3 may modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time.
The connection between this application and QuickBooks Online may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online or by db3. On revocation the application ceases to access company data.
